Herdfan I'm like you son. I want Johnsonto run north and south around 25 times a game.At times he looks very average then he breaks one.I hope his ribs are okay. Hey 73 is when I started my journey with the Herd. Gosh my heart is beating hard still.

Remi should have had more carries. It was obvious they were keying on Johnson. Give them different looks.

You fumble you come out, at least for a while. Doc's rules. Purdue was trying hard to strip the ball. Rock has to expect that WHENEVER he has it. It was great to see him redeem himself though.

Maybe I'm wrong but it looked to me we were running Devon a lot "east to west" more than "north and south" in this game. Didn't work well cause Purdue's defensive front was pretty stout and they had active (as well as big and strong) linebackers. Believe we might have had more success in the run game if we would have run him straight ahead on "quick hitters" where our linemen didn't have to sustain their blocks as long. Just my fan's opinion.
