The company you demonstrated wouldn't be successful simply churning through people if it didn't
reward and incentivize the "very best" who remained. Just as I said, "To Grow,
they offer opportunities to their employees to grow." Their company isn't built on churning, their company is built on rewarding those that stay. Try harder next time.
