No tax on overtime

Admit you're a lying idiot and move on
What am I lying about? Fast food businesses develop low level employees into managers or business owners. They aren't happy churning through employees. They develop skills by entry level employees that improve their value and allow them to go to other businesses if they leave. Just as I said. You should have tried it. You might have grown your business.

Facts: A business that is content churning people through it wont be around long or the very least wont grow and will eventually die out. There is no perfect scenario. Only a dynamic economy that allows workers to develop skills and attributes that makes them valuable and able to leave the company they work for and go somewhere else if they are being mistreated or remain unhappy.

Repeating the same thing over-and-over doesn’t make it true.

The company that gave trump his $175MM bond money - Westlake Financial? They do exactly that. In fact, when they have their monthly new hire onboarding class, they tell the new hires that 70% of them won’t be around in six months. They very transparently tell them that they’re burn ‘em and turn ‘em, and only the very best will survive. They are very content churning people through it and have survived for about two decades to become a multi-billion dollar company.

Their vice-chairman follows me on Instagram. He is the founder’s son. I hired his childhood best friend/ex-girlfriend/still good friend a few years ago. Both the chairman and his son invited me to their place in Cabo to have lunch when they saw I was in town a few years ago. They’re very open about their success churning through employees.

"The very best survive....."

So, people survive and thrive in the business that is successful. Weird. I never claimed otherwise.

It goes against what you repeatedly said: that businesses that churn employees do not survice. That's bullshit, and this company proves it each month.

I also said this: "They thrive because they depend on growth to survive. To Grow, they offer opportunities to their employees to grow."

That would be the "very best" in your example.

That's false. I just showed that.

The company you demonstrated wouldn't be successful simply churning through people if it didn't reward and incentivize the "very best" who remained. Just as I said, "To Grow, they offer opportunities to their employees to grow." Their company isn't built on churning, their company is built on rewarding those that stay. Try harder next time.
