The magnetic north pole is shifting. Not unusual, because it's a constant thing. Even magnetic pole reversals have happened in the past. But it appears to be shifting much quicker than normal heading toward Siberia. Obviously the subject of those Trump Tower meetings...

MAGVAR is accounted for in many GPS receivers and software. Or at least precise receivers. This shift was bigger. But, shifts have been accounted for many years.
