I wonder how many of these guys have weapons charges. Considering how things work now I guess that means Obama wants more guns on the street
Without knowing the facts around any of these cases, or the histories of the inmates and their criminal record in totality, how can you agree?
We have the highest incarceration rate in the world. Even as a Republican I'm glad that his administration is taking action on this issue.
Many of the mandatory sentences applied in the 80's and 90's have been changed drastically.
Remember, he commuted sentences......Not pardoned. Many of these people still have time to serve.
