Is it a tragedy that a 6 yr old was killed......Yes

just like it was a tragedy why Tamir Rice was gunned down in Cold Blood or the 8 year old girl who was killed by a flashbang in her sleep when the SWAT team went to the wrong house, or the 7 year old who was killed when the police decided to open fire on her home which was the wrong house.
