The only thing the hand count would've done is count the number of ballots, thus making it take longer to announce results. Which is something you trumptards claim to hate.

Seems to me this would benefit Trump more than anything in that these mysterious truckloads of mail in ballots can't keep showing up out of nowhere to push Hyena over the needed count to win.

It won’t help get the count correct. The entire point of it is to delay the count so Trump can whine about the election he loses again being stolen because it’s taking so long.
