Why in the world would you want to replace Kennedy is is one of the most reliable conservative votes on the court. That is just plain stupid.
try going back and re-reading this entire thread moron. maybe on a second or third scan you will realize NOBODY said they wanted to replace Kennedy.
he has made it known that he wanted to retire. he was concerned about Trump picking his replacement and entertained the idea of sticking around. Trump replaced Scalia with Kennedy's #1 choice. no more concern about Trump picking...
