Interesting article and somewhat appropriate with regards to today. Chief Justice John Marshall and the Courts ruling regarding "Midnight Judges" , Marbury vs Madison. Appointments after a new president is elected but prior to taking office.

Anyway , thought some of you fellas that are interested in history as I am might enjoy this.
