Are you dense? People develop and invest based on opportunity, risk, etc. When Cheetos got elected in boosted the economy. By Q4 it was wide open. Been crazy since Sept. The developers and investors knew when he was in that it was go time.

They have for my paycheck. Payroll dept updated witholding rates and my net pay is going up about $50 per pay period.

The air is fresh down here that’s for sure. And the dolphins are very active this time of the year. Went out on the boat fishing this weekend and had a school of 20 dolphins jumping the wake. Man that is one of the coolest things to see how social they are and always seem to be so damn happy. A site you never get sick of. Temps consistently get back up in the 60s in February so life is good.
And no I don’t know who “our” is....
I was down there in July. Spent a couple days down along 30A. Might have told you already, but I usually always stop into 98 Bar-B-Que. Jason Aldean was in there a couple summers back when I stopped in to eat and have a couple drinks. Never know who you'll run into down there. Lots of celebs have places and hang out down there just like anybody else would.

No doubt. Believe it or not, @countryroads89 is currently stalking another poster over on the eer forum. Claims to know his dog's name, his high school grades, his sister's weight, the lot number in his housing development. Just weird. Weird as hell.
I’m not stalking anyone, racist. I have pointed out what a fraud he is. He pretended to be an engineer and he was exposed as a fraud, repeatedly, in a major way.

So, you didn't let everybody know that you supposedly tracked down folks he went to high school with, and asked them questions about him? You didn't let everybody know that you tracked him down on social media to find out what the name of his dog was? You didn't search public records to determine his home address? You didn't track down his sister to determine her weight, as well as her occupation?
