What's the over/under on Incognito becoming a mass shooter or blowing his own brains out? It's not a matter of if it happens, but rather, when it happens.

This guy has had severe issues for many years now. I set the number at 2.5 years.

Some people are just punks. Born a punk always a punk. I do believe that CTE is probable but probably not the issue here.
