School shooter used 10 round magazines(not the widely talked about 30 round magaznes). And, they believe the weapon jammed and was described as “weapon and bullets were not high quality and were breaking apart,”

IF we had a 9 round magazine law this might not have happened. Good police work there as well. He only had 30 calls against with know threats to the school. They were on top of it.

He had over 150 rounds on him, had the weapon not jammed (probably because he never cleaned it) we’d obviously be talking about a lot more kids dead, which I’m certain you’d still be defending his weapon of choice regardless

Why stop there? How about we all have clear gun cases, gym bags, luggage, instrument cases, etc, etc, etc, to deflect from the obvious reason why we should look at gun control. Last I checked an AR 15 can’t be put in a students backpack.
