Hey, @Chris McLaughlin . I make a couple of posts, and within 20 minutes, there are 15 posts made back to me and some more reactions. Let's talk about my cut of the subscription fees and ad revenue. Ticketmaster struggled with the popularity of Taylor Swift tickets. I'm guessing they'd have just as much trouble keeping up with the demand for tickets to hear me talk.

I thought this was a thread referencing the nude chicks holding up signs. Oh well...I tried fellas.

Why do you keep avoiding this: You can't even fulfill your own bet terms. Your $318k isn't even in just your name. You need your wife and her $140k income on the mortgage, Middle Class.

You can't fulfill your own terms of the bet. How dumb can you possibly be?

If you don't think I can fulfill my own terms then you would win by default, no? Then accept the bet, coward.

$500k.

You'll try changing the goalposts once again. The bet was that your only residence - the $318k one - was under just your name, and my two properties 2X as much as yours had to be under just my name. But that property isn't under just your name. You can't fulfill your own wager.

More, you've added terms. There are multiple appraisal sites online, including one that has a margin of error of only 2%-6%. Yet you refuse to use them, because you're a cheater.

After you welshed on that bet I offered you simpler terms that you have conveniently forgotten. I bet you my house would appraise for $200k+ more than your $318k valuation. I will pay for the appraisal and you can select the appraiser to assure no one is paid off.

You are a coward.

Let's discuss this, Middle Class:

You set terms of a bet. You can't fulfill those terms, yet I am the one who welshed? Do you realize how ass backwards that is? Why can't you just be honest for once? A simple "yes, you're right. It doesn't make sense that I would set terms of a bet that I can't fulfill. How about . . . "
