Does anybody know if there is going to be a live stream of the game and where to watch if there is?

WATCHESPN has it listed with "subject to blackout". It is also "locked" so you would need a cable, sat, or equivalent sub with ESPN to log in.

Yes, you need a cable provider to login, after that click on the "channels" scroll down to the ACC network, and boom there you go!
