I’m going to jail. At least that is what the most recent email I have received from the WVDepartment of Highways tells me. Seems I refuse to pay $6.99 I owe on my EZ Pass bill. That transponder has been in a kitchen drawer for five years. Wonder how it keeps racking up these bills? I suspect the cat has a special friend in an adjacent county and is using my vehicle while I am asleep.
