Is there a way to communicate with "only" certain members on our site (such as private message, email, etc.)?

If you are Premium subscriber, there is an envelop icon in the upper right corner.

Click "start a conversation."

Then type in the username of the person you wish to converse with and their name will pop up as a selection so you can deliver your message to them.
