Jesus Christ, what is wrong with people?
I believe dogs know when we rescue them and appreciate it. We (me and my gf) got our second dog a month ago from the Humane Society, a larger Chihuahua mix. She was really weak and ill when we got her (we think she had been abandoned), but now she is good to go and a very loving dog. My Pom picked her out, she didn't care for the other dogs we did a meet and greet with her, but this one she was immediately cool with, she just sat down beside her like they were old friends.
Mom is kinda funny. She really doesn't like dogs, but she loves ours.
