Similar thread on Reddit...and many I sympathize with...

*People who slow walk in groups of two, three, four, etc , side by side, in malls, stores, or sidewalks totally oblivious of the people behind them.

* People who can't return their carts to the queue even though it's a whopping ten steps away. My wife and I have started to return every empty cart in our area to the queue before it gets blown into a vehicle scraping it up.

*Little old women at salad and food bars that that stir the food and exchange recipes with their companion while people are lined up behind me them waiting to go through. I'm getting a little older but will someone please slap me if I grow that unaware of my surroundings. Thank god I don't do food bars often.

*Painfully slow drivers on a two lane highway that have ten cars in a parade behind them. I'm kind of a fast driver but on those occasions where a car pulls up behind me that is obviously faster I find the first safe place and slow down or pull over to let them pass. It only takes a second and you no longer have someone on your tail. Win for everyone. I drive Mud RiverRoad to work and it's a ten to twelve mile stretch without a place to pass safely One guy in an older model SUV drives ten under the limit and refuses to pull over and allow the seven or eight cars that's accumulated by. Infuriating.

What are yours?

Gk not to hijack your thread but speaking of Reddit what are your thought on the CEO admitting to "editing" posts of pro trump users

People in a store or anywhere else walking slow and no way to go around them, I will not be silent. will say excuse me just before I go through them.

I somwtimes are the cart person but always push it to a place where it is not an issue.

what is a food bar?

TX is pretty good with the roads where even the 2 lane roads without straight stretches will have a 3rd passing lane every couple of miles. don't have much of a problem there. But during rush hour that person in the left lane driving slow on the highway drives me nuts.

he person in the express lane at the store with a full basket. Usually not silent on that either, I make comments about how some people can't read or count and say it loud enough for them to hear.

The full cart in the express lane doesn't bother me as much as the full cart in the self check out lane

That isn't right whatever side it comes from. Admittedly l haven't paid much attention to the story. I'll dig a little more.

A food bar is a buffet.

Holy shit, I've never been more glad that I moved here than now. Most of the streets here are two lanes each way.

As far as judging people, it's very fast. I walk fast and see a whole bunch of people at once. Obviously, the real oddities stand out. Big and fat or freaky looking mostly. However, all the people seem to have one thing in common. Way too slow. They're taking forever to do whatever it is.

I'm the fastest walking, most impatient son of a bitch who ever lived. While I'm calling them all molasses movin' idiots, they're calling me that asshole that charges through everybody with little regard for any kind of pleasant slow flower sniffing.

When I'm in my garage packing my Honda Odyssey with 4 kids, multiple suitcases, and supplies to last Thanksgiving in the hollers of WV. Just as I close the rear hatch (kids are all buckled in) and open my door a couple of old ladies walk over and ask if they could talk to me about God for a few minutes. This, after standing by their car watching me load the van for 15 minutes...

Thought of another...being behind women who sits and watch $200 worth of their food being rung up at Walmart and when the total comes up...THEN they search through their purse for their wallet. I mean...you have to know during the 10 minutes it takes to ring your stuff up that you're going to have to pay for it. Have your card out already. And if you bring out a checkbook....aaaagggghhhh!

I'll add to that the people that ask what the total is after every item. And then as soon as they reach a certain total they start taking items off that have all ready been rung up

Or it can eve be worse. They dig out the check book. Write the check and then enter it into their checkbook register and balance their damn checking account. Right there at the damn cash register while people are waiting.

Without self checkouts, I'd be living out of the gas station by now. Maybe out of the gas station garbage cans. At least you don't have to wait.

K-Mart, many's the time where believe it or not I found something in there I wanted to buy. Until I got up front. Lines too long, no self checkouts. Chucked the shit down the nearest aisle and walked out.

People who have an item and place it on a random shelf a few counters later because they changed their mind, rather than walking it back to where they got it or taking it to the checkout counter and allow it to be placed in the returns cart.
