When is the last date for personnel to be signed or on campus for them to play in next seasons schedule?

I believe the 16th was last official date to get in class, but as I hear, they can squeeze someone in late this week

The spring game date has always been around / near my birthday. My sister likes to give me tickets and a parking pass for the game which is very nice of her.
