well is it currently shut down after leaking over 200,000 gallons of oil in South Dakota. But this was suppose to be the safest pipeline ever built and chances of leaks would be almost nonexistent. Well this is the second leak in 2 years.

You do know that keystone pipeline that leaked was completed in 2010 and not the same one that was debated and rejected by obama in 2015 right?
