Rework Social Security?

The fear was Republican's would implement a tax cut, blow a huge hole in the budget, then cut "entitlements", like Social Security.

Would you prefer creating another bureaucracy to handle support for the truly disabled? Usually folks like you prefer efficiency (and yes, I know the SSA is anything but efficient).
