How is this relevant to the thread?

That line is from a King Of Queens episode. I agree it’s a little too nuanced, a little vague.

And by the way you came thru with the first irrelevant post in the thread.

We’ve lost two musicians from the same era in two days. I’m only concerned about Huey Lewis and was hoping someone has checked on him. My post was in relation to the topic, you sir were way the fvck off line.

Back to the OP, their 1st album was fabulous, but I always felt Candy-O was their best one. It came out a year after their first album, 1979 I think. I remember me and a friend went to a store in Montgomery, and bought the new one after class. Can't recall if we got an 8-Track or a Cassette, but I know we also picked up a case of beers, and listened to that album about a dozen times the rest of the day/evening, once we got up to the wide spot down Fayette Station with the rest of the every night partying crew.

I love the Cars.

Even in my high school indie punk or post hardcore listening days I’d always pop in my Cars greatest hits CD in regular rotation (of course playing it on my CD Walkman that had a wire going into a tape on the car tape deck).
