"Play like your hair is on fire" was one of Rich's memorable phrases when he was at WVU before. I may be one of the few, but I predict he will have the Mounties back in the top 25 within two years, if not next year. He has vast experience across the county, and should be able to build a staff and roster much like our own Tony Gibson here at MU. His personality is not the best, but this is not a personality contest. He knows how to coach football and WVU is probably his natural spot. I do not like to see the Mountaineers do well just because of our rivalry with them, but I think RR will get the job done. I personally liked the coach they fired also, but he just couldn't get enough wins. They do need to move on from Gordon Gee. Once they understand what a great job Brad is doing here, they will.
