Remember that 15 minute video you posted on this board, perhaps 6 months ago, which showed a black honda on West Main in Kalamazoo weaving in and out of traffic?

I was just watching the local Channel 3 news, and they ran a segment about it, interviewing the local Sheriff, who stated they cannot arrest the driver, because they need the person who filmed it to come forward with additional information. Even though the license plate is in clear view, there's never a clear shot of the driver.

I just found the news segment to be amusing, since the story was first broke here on Pullman many months back.
