Riots in Baltimore

The Baltimorean has been far more open about their investigation and there are still riots. I don't know what it's like to be black around police but I do know forcing baseball fans to be locked in Camden yards isn't goingto help your cause.
Why do these business owners tolerate it? I would pop the first thug bunny that came through the door. No way I would let a bunch of savages do that to my life's work. They would stop coming through my door after they saw the first brother hit the deck.
These morons are just wanting to act like the savages they are. They think this gives them an excuse. This country is hosed. We are paying for these morons to sit and do nothing all the time.
It's all ok the Baltimore mayor came out and said they gave those that wish to destroy space to do so. If I had my car destroyed I will be suing the city of Baltimore big time right now

When can a white man form an opinion on the behavior coming from inner city riots PJ? I just spent the last two days reading To Kill a Mockingbird and the treatment of blacks in the south post depression was shameful. By the same logic can I not be outraged about that era because I didn't live then? I think we'll be a lot closer to ending prejudice when we can judge acts on their own merit and not insulate an entire group of people from criticism under the lame guise that "we couldn't possibly understand because we aren't black." From the outside looking in it appears that much of the looting and destruction is nothing more than opportunism wrapped in faux rage. And this is coming from someone who despises racism. But societal racism should never be an excuse for violence, destruction of property, and crime.
Yehh because so many of us grew up in privilege. We were like that show Silver Spoons growing up. Let's go steal some Air Jordans and Doritos because that helps the cause.

It is almost like the destabilizing of the African-American family because of the Great Society programs that replaced Fathers with government checks along with sex without consequence and the war on drugs have worked together to destroy a whole section of American society.
Only good thing about Baltimore are Crab Cakes on the inner harbor. City sucks otherwise. Sad that society has come to this and the stupid mayor eggs it on.

Let's not forget one very overlooked fact: these are the children of the crack epidemic. Lots of jailed fathers and crackhead mothers of these hoodlums.
the inner harbor does not have true crab cakes. that is a tourist trap. if you want the best seafood the city has to offer, you need to go to lexington market. you may not feel familiar with the area, but the food inside is the best.
