According to the Pentagon, we set their chemical weapons program back "years." So, yeah, I'm gonna say it was more successful than Obama's and Kerry's "agreement."
Which brings up a great point - where did they get the weapons they used to kill those people in the first place? The promised the prior administration they got rid of them. Oh, that's right. There was no possible way of enforcing the "agreement" outside of what the U.S. amd its allies just did - blowing the hell out of the locations where they are made and stored.

Why would they do shit? We told them in advance, no Russians were hurt. It serves both nations politically: Trump gets to swing his wiener, and Putin gets to say the USA are assholes. Everyone wins.
