one of the Russian companies mueller indicted is asking a judge to dismiss charges. Mueller, in his rush to indicate a ham sandwich, didn’t expect to be going to trial with these Russians. Dtard and buckeye will be on suicide watch if charges start getting dropped.

“The motion further specifies that Concord Management is requesting a private “inspection of the legal instructions provided to the grand jury regarding Count One of the Indictment…in order to determine whether the instructions provided could support a motion to dismiss Count One of the Indictment.”

Nothing like siding with the Russians trumps got you right where he wants his trumptards. Good job.
It’s not siding with the Russians. It’s mueller not being prepared and haphazardly going after indictments. Hell one of the companies mentioned wasn’t even around at the time when the Russian interference was going on.

Says the moron who voted for a woman who sold large amounts of our uranium to Russia and espouses the same failed political beliefs that Russia has operated under for 100+ years.

But yeah...conservatives side with the Russians.
dems are actively siding with the palestinians, backing pelosi again, and now the russians. at least they're consistent with their poor decision making

Bottom line, Mueller indicted these Russian individuals and entities as a publicity stunt - an attempt to justify his "collusion" investigation when he couldn't turn up anything involving POTUS - believing they would never actually be extradited or otherwise show up in Court. This organization called his bluff (and make no mistake, it absolutely was a bluff), and now he's going to have to try and salvage a case he never intended to actually see a courtroom. Mueller could end up with some serious egg on his face and give Fox News, Breitbart, etc. fuel for their "shut down the investigation" narrative.

Several points to be made, and in no particular order of importance:

1) You are cheering for the Russians.

2) "Indicate" a ham sandwich?

3) You really think a prosecutor who gets an indictment on someone doesn't expect to go to trial? You are dumber than I thought you were...and that's saying something.

4) I asked a judge for a million dollars.

5) You are cheering for the Russians.

That's HILARIOUS!

I absolutely believe that. The reason is simple, he has no way at all to compel them to appear in court since they are a Russian company located in Russia. Why in the world, if they were guilty, would they come here of their own free will to stand trial? So you indict some Russians knowing that they will never see the inside of the courtroom, you get some good press and it buys you time and potential leverage.

Do you think he was ready to go to trial against the company that didn't even exist during the election time frame? It's like he picked names out of a hat to indict.

And why does mueller want to find anything on Trump???? 95 percent of all your national elected officials will vouch that mueller is the most nonpartisan choice for the special prosecutor. If that’s all correct why does he need to buy time why would be be “after” trump. Believe it or not some of our justice officials are truly in it for the country not political reasons. But the trumptards are all going to say mueller has it in for trump. Really ****ing morons.

national elected officials will vouch

There's part of your problem, right there.

That's like Harvey Weinstein vouching for Bill Cosby in a sexual assault trial.

You actually trust politicians? Further proof you and your multiple personalities are the biggest f*cking idiot(s) on this board.

I usually trust when both sides agree on something

That's strange. They actually entered a not guilty plea. The asked a judge to review certain aspects of the case. Their attorneys will be back in court tomorrow.

You're an idiot.

Concord Management was founded in 1995. They were in existence during the time periods of the indictments.

Again, you're an idiot.

Maybe you should stop watching Fox News where they spew these lies. You will become better informed.

Again, you're an idiot.

My gosh, you're dense. That's the whole freaking point of this thread, retard. Mueller never once thought he could compel these entities to actually show up in a U.S. court, much less them voluntarily submitting to jurisdiction, to ever even be arraigned on charges to begin with. That's why he and his flunkies are rattled by this. If (and that's still a big IF) the indictment is dismissed, he's left looking like a total douchebag.

There were 3 companies named in the indictments. Concord management is not the one he was talking about.

Good God. You may actually be legitimately retarded.

Mueller had no way to make them come. Why would a company come stand trial when he couldn't make them? Hence he never thought it would see the inside of a courtroom. So he filed charges to look like he was making progress because he was certain he would not have to back up his charges.

Second, Concord is not the company I was talking about not existing in 2016. You seem to forget that he issued 13 indictments, not just one.
