We protect airports better. There is a reason you don't see a lot of attacks on police stations or military basis(other than the traitor muslim nut job at Ft Hood obama labeled work place violence).

Why are we not protecting our kids better in these schools? It is a legitimate question.

I swear if I was a teacher, I might pack and not tell anybody. I would have some type of weapon and I have told my wife that but, hell women don't listen. She is too kind and doesn't think that way.

I bought her pepper spray, big old can of wasp and hornets spray. If you can spray the cock sucker in the face. Not much in a gun fight but better than nothing. I said you cannot sit there and big a damn sitting duck.

The schools also need to put in electronic barrier doors that they can drop remotely when one of these cock suckers come in and start shooting. Trap him in isolated area. Just an idea. Might be too expensive.

Hell judges have more security in a court room where the criminals are guard, cuffed, and everybody goes through a detector. One damn judge. Better protection than 2000 kids in a school. There will be damn 10 deputies in there ready to tackle someone. School? One cop or guard with a 9mm.

That is bull shit. Needs to be fixed.

Every kid have to enter through a metal detector when coming in and there’s nobody who isn’t a student or employee allowed in. If a parent/family memeber wants to come get a child, there’s a screening process where ID much be shown and that non-employee/student is kept in a secure location until the child gets there and they have to leave immediately.

No doubt about it. Which is why I’m a huge proponent for sex-based education. At least in some portion of the school day.

I was three semesters away from graduating with a teaching degree before I got a promotion at my full-time job, where I’m getting paid $10,000 more than I’d start out as a teacher. But I did a study on sex-separate classrooms. The learning environment is different. Females aren’t as afraid to get their hands dirty in science class if males aren’t present. Males aren’t as afraid to read out loud and develop better public speaking skills if females aren’t present. Males & females learn better at different room temperatures. Room gets too hot and males get sleepy and vice-versa for females in cooler rooms.


It’s sad because our education system is still largely set up the same way as it was 60 years ago when we were training our kids to go to the assembly line. EVERYTHING in the world has changed and we still have kids sit in rows, exact same schedule every. single. day., sit down/don’t speak unless you’re called upon/can’t go to the restroom unless you’re on break, etc. The way we educate needs to be rethought, recreated, and changed. Every aspect about it. But this is America and we hate change...
