MU President Brad Smith and wife Alys donate $1M to Keith-Albee restoration project
Crews are in Phase 1 of a three-phase project.
For those that might not know, the Keith Albee which is owned by Marshall is undergoing a $30 million capital restoration project. So far they've raised $26-$27 million. They started in Dec 2023, and expect to be closed for close to two years.
