Walmart is a low cost store that is convenient. If you want high end appliances or electronics go to a specialty store or Best Buy. I have bought printers and accessories there and never had an issue. Wal Mart is what it is. You have to realize that going into it. They have a little bit of everything at low prices.
I just want shit that works. Should I have to realize it might not work? What the fvck is Walmart supposed to be, a 1970s British car?
I bought a fan at Walmart a month or so ago. This has been a super hot summer and I thought having a fan under one of the A/C vents would be smart. Of course, it looks like every box has been opened and re-taped. I get the fan home, and it is missing a part needed for assembly. Obviously, John Chinaman left out a piece, a previous customer returned it, and they just put it back on the shelf. So their employees are either a) dumb, b) don't care/assholes, or c) dumb assholes that don't care. This is not good customer service.
So back to the original point: I've never had one issue with the Indiana BMV, including running title checks on a couple of abandoned cars I was interested in. Great customer service, well staffed, and a nice facility.
