This is a token effort. The current staff gets that, they can draw above average incomes for another two or three years and look for jobs in the real world.

Nothing like having a job where your boss is an idiot and the upper management does not care one whit what the results are.

I would think any staff changes would be on Dan. He is the HC. Yeah, Spears did tell him he needed a dedicated staff member for recruiting. Spears can't do Dan's job and his too.

Spears tells DD to fire his staff and hire better people. DD does but still loses,
"SPEARS IS TOO CONTROLLING AND MAKES BAD DECISIONS!!!"
