If a president has been acquitted by the Senate, the president has still been impeached. The sole authority over impeachment resides in the House, not in the process.
You are incorrect. Articles of Impeachment have been drafted and approved by the House, that does not mean he has been impeached, that means that his case has been referred to the Senate for a trial as to whether or not he will be impeached. However, since the Articles have not been referred to the Senate, and no trial has taken place, he has not been impeached. Sorry.

Impeachment = Guilt

What the articles are conveying is that there is a very strong legal argument that he technically isn't impeached until the articles are referred to the Senate for trial to complete the process.

You're an idiot. It's not even a good attempt at trying to invalidate the fact that cheetos has been impeached. Just for extra measure, there's nothing in the Constitution that expressly says the articles of impeachment must be delivered to the Senate, and there's nothing that expressly says the Senate must hold a trial.
There world has flipped on its head. We have a Dim arguing plain text and Republicans arguing what's implied.
If a Democrat is ever elected ,the next day we should start his impeachment the day he takes office.Of course the Republicans will control the senate.Impeachment is now and always will be strictly political due to the Democrats.
