the attendance dropped 30-40%
AND
the team loses their last 4 out 5
AND
their team loses 3 out every 4 to teams with winning records
AND
they have 2 consecutive seasons going .500 or less in their conference
AND
their fan base is openly chanting for a coach to be fired during a game

It will be interesting to see if Dr. Gilbert will do anything. He seems to be a sharp guy. He has said many times that we need the athletic programs to help recruit students. He might just do something or force Hamrick's hand.
