Bama schedule confirms they're playing in Huntington as part of a double header. Bama is also playing Liberty in Huntington that day. Not sure why the Herd wouldn't also play Liberty.

Alabama's softball HC makes it a point to schedule games as close to home for their seniors as they can (M. Fouts in this case).


Will be a lot of Alabama supporting folks in attendance. Should be fun. Fouts has consistently been a top 3 pitcher throughout her career.

The softball team is playing good ball right now... 25-3 with 17 straight wins and just swept Southern Miss this weekend.

Looking at the softball top 25 its basically made up of teams from three leagues -- SEC, ACC and Pac12... The only mid-major team ranked is 23. Louisiana Lafayette.
