We know Marshall will begin spring practice on Tuesday March 24 with the Green/White game scheduled for April 25.
Every other team in Conference USA will have completed their spring practices by the 25th. Eight of the teams finish the previous weekend on either the 17th or 18th of April.
Among Marshall's opponents and C-USA members, only Ohio has begun spring practice, starting on February 21. The Bobcats practiced on Feb 24 and 26 and are currently on spring break. Practice will resume on March 9 and will conclude with their Green and White Game on April 4.
Spring practice dates for other Herd opponents in 2015:
Purdue: March 10 thru April 18
Kent State: Spring practice opens March 3. The first practice was scheduled for March 2, but was moved back a day so Head Coach Paul Haynes could attend the funeral of former Golden Flashes offensive lineman and major football program supporter Jim Phelan. There is no spring game and I couldn't find an ending date for the spring practice period.
Old Dominion: Spring practice was originally scheduled to begin on February 28. The first practice was first moved to March 3 due to the icy and snowy weather which caused the cancellation of some winter workouts. Spring practice was rescheduled again and will now begin on March 17 after ODU's spring break. The spring game is still set for April 11, but the team will have three practices after the 11th. Those practices will be geared to the four opponents ODU will play for the first time ever in 2015 (Appalachian State, UNCC, UTSA and Southern Miss), plus Norfolk State which has a new coaching staff for this coming season.

Florida Atlantic: March 10 thru April 11
North Texas: March 10 thru April 18
North Carolina Charlotte: March 14 thru April 18
Middle Tennessee: March 20 thru April 18

I couldn't find any information on when Norfolk State will begin and end their first spring practice period under new coach Latrell Scott.
