Here is what is going to happen IMO. Trump is going put out the executive order again. Rewording it and taking out the part about "review" and some other items. Just reissue the order worded differently. Let them sue at least once more. Meanwhile he can start cut funding to the dipshits in washington state. Take money from their national guard, army corps of engineers projects, etc. Make their life a miserable hell. Set up a FEMA camp full of immigrants in their back door.
The snowflakes in the left coast will sue again. meanwhile all Trump has to do is start taking money and pushing it other places. The 9th Circuit, 77% reversal rate by the Supreme Court on their decisions. You could throw darts and do considerable better. Therefore, darts understand the Constitution better than judges on the 9th.

You do realize the appeals court basically ignored a precedent already established by the Supreme Court in 1952?
Based on that opinion alone, both these courts over stepped their bounds and "made up" law for "political" reasons....not "legal" ones.
There simply wasn't anything unconstitutional about the EO.

when you don't even cite the statutory provision that the order stems from in your ruling against said order we have a major problem. It would be like upholding a ruling to ban guns without mentioning the 2nd amendment.
