I met with my primary physician recently and discussed with him several concerns I had. I fatigued easily doing outdoor work; lifting heavy materials was more difficult. My vision was bothering me.
My young doctor listen quietly to my complaints and when I finished, he smiled and quietly said, “The major thing you must remember is that you are not 20 years old anymore.” The guy is a genius.

Yeah, you know you better than the doctor does. All of us getting old knows the slow down, but we also know when something seems abnormal about it on a day to day basis.
