Pulled in with two new trees, so I have to plant them sumdabitches. Was just starting to get a decent beer head working, but now it's ruined.

Use a post hole digger and you'll be done in 20 minutes. When my wife bought 25 plants and trees last summer I went and bought one and am a planting machine. You won't even lose your buzz if you're efficient with it.

Yeah, but then he has to take five pictures of his wife’s new items and post a paragraph on Facebook telling everybody that his wife is an amazing decorator and that he loves her so much and is so thankful to god for sending her to save him.

Having to do that ruins everybody’s buzz.

I bet I didn't spend 15 minutes, and part of that was taking a three gulp drink between holes. I use a pick axe, my go to yard tool, as well as using it to chase away yard apes.

You only posted two paragraphs to relay that to Arch. Proud of you.

Make sure to put the right wood in the right hole. Maybe it will only take one hole for both pieces of wood the next time.

That is the Catch 22. If you have all the high end toys to do yard work, then you’re rich enough to hire other people to do the job.
i'm not rich by any means, but i did hire someone last year to mow my lawn. was getting ready to pull the trigger on a zero turn mower, which would have set me back around $5K - $7K. had a client with a landscaping business offer to do it for $40/mowing, so hired him instead. figured i could get 5 or 6 years of paying him to do it for what the cost of the mower would be. hell of it is, i'll likely get upwards of 10 years as he only mows about every 2 weeks.

Sit out there on that deck and watch that dude mow it. $40 is a hell of a deal.
