So, found out the story: Sam decided to mail the check to the President of the Anchorage alumni association. Unbeknownst to Sam, the guy, I think his name is Wayne, anyways Wayne married hisself a Alaska chick named Sue Bigfeet. They took a honeymoon cruise across the sea in China, and, you guessed it - are stuck on the ship for 2 weeks under quarantine due to that virus. I am sure once Wayne & Sue get back home he will forward the check to MH.......

Long time lurker, fairly new poster here. I’ve started to post this a few times and stopped because I really hate to give the guy any more attention than he deserves, but with that being said...

Sam, and his attitude, is a gimmick. I remember a post not long ago where he used some insider pro wrestling terms and as ridiculous as this sounds - it actually clicked for me. He is being a “heel”. No one would say some of the things he does and truly believe it. He enjoys being “that guy” in this forum. And that’s why I will never, ever take him or his “opinions” seriously, and neither should any other self-respecting Herd fan.

Although I must say, I do miss Dan Shoemaker regularly talking him to school.

I agree about taking him seriously and I take what Sammy says with a grain of salt, but you’re giving the guy way too much credit. He’s just genuinely an idiot.

Update - Sam actually went old school and mailed 25 $25 books of S&H green stamps to MU. Once they check for double coupon status, they will redeem and then send Sam his receipt...
