If you want to be mad, be mad at all the American hedge funds that sold us out to globalism, pressuring companies they own to give up national interest in the pursuit of short term profits if they wanted access to capital.
Here’s the issue, America is going to be fine, better than it was, but that is going to come from making every other country on the planet worse with most of that pain felt by China. Because the markets have been built around globalism for the last 40-50 years, you are going to see the markets fall.
The end result will be US GDP growing by 30-40%, which will fix our debt to GDP problem even before we start paying down debt. In 10 years we will be in better financial position than we were in 1960. Personally, I’m excited that I get to watch this in real time regardless of my personal account balance.
