I don't know how I missed this last year. There was a guy in Spokane who would ride around on his bicycle in public parks/running trails and slap girls asses as he went past them. He then turned himself in, was arrested, and received a bunch of years of probation.
You guys can't tell me you haven't had the urge to do this at some point. When I am running on a track or trail and pass girls, I regularly laugh to myself about what they would do if I just slapped their ass as I ran past them. Of course you can't do it, and it is of absolutely no sexual desire to do so, but it is rather desired just for the humor and reaction it would draw (with no ill will wanted).
