The U.S. economy grew more quickly than most economists expected during the first quarter of

Real wages down.
Less jobs created.
Labor force participation rate nearly the same.
Deficit up.
Debt up.

Conservatives: "The economy is rocking under cheetos."

Greed doing his part to deflate the economy...………..

"semi retired" his staff.

The facts are you know longer have a business worth discussing. The facts are you "semi retired" your employees during the economic recovery. The facts are more people are working now than when O left office. The facts are that libs claimed the economy would collapse under Trump policy. The facts are "real wages" don't account for benefit and bonus increases. The facts are you never paid for benefits. (The list could go on and never end)

I’m happy all the money I lost in 4th quarter has been recovered. I don’t care who gets credit.

I sold mutual funds and re bought etf pairs next day ( see tax loss harvesting). Lots of capital gains losses I can carry forward too.

Claims of "real wage decline" are myopic when looking at the real picture. Many who quote "real wage" data intentionally ignore other forms of compensation like benefits and bonuses many employees receive.(No one should suspect Greed to grasp this. He never paid benefits {fact}).

From Pew Research
"total benefit costs paid by companies for all civilian workers have risen an inflation-adjusted 22.5% since 2001 (when the data series began), versus 5.3% for wage and salary costs."

Go purchase a car with your "other forms of compensation."

People are morons to go buy these high dollar cars and stretch themselves beyond their means. I think they will give you an 84 month loan now. People are stupid. I have never bought a new car. Let someone else take the first hit.

How about you go visit a doctor without the "other forms of compensation" just like you required your "semi retired" employees to do for years. (At least you dont have to worry about that now. Someone else is paying your subsidy for you)

My wife drives high price high performance cars, the answer is what she does.
Pay cash.

Well, I agree. I was referring to the people that get beyond their means and upside down in these things.

Yeah we’re hitting the point. Don’t buy stuff that puts you in a bad situation.
That’s why I buy nice used vehicles, have for years. Only new cars I drove were provided by the company many years ago.
My wife likes new cars so I say go for it.

"Nearly 102 Million Americans Do Not Have A Job Right Now – Worse Than At Any Point During The Last Recession

[...]

At this moment, we are told that only 6.2 million Americans are officially 'unemployed', and that sounds really, really good.

But that is only half the story.

What the mainstream media rarely mentions is the fact that the number of Americans categorized as “not in the labor force” has absolutely exploded since the last recession. Right now, that number is sitting at 95.577 million."

One of my coworkers had to explain to his wife that taking the 8 year loan will cost an extra $10k and had to further explain that the monthly payment sounds god because it is stretched over such a long period of time.

probably like some family members I have. They are not working...because they don't want to be. As Walden used to say: bums. They they whine about not having money and need Bernie Sanders to give them more stuff.
