i concur. in addition, there should be a minimum of a 12 hour period annually when all crime is legal.

You're right! The vast majority of these shootings are only happening between bad guys with guns and good guys without guns! It's never gang-on-gang violence. It is always the bad guy with the gun against the good guy without a gun!

These gang bangers value their lives so much that they would never dare open fire on people who may also have guns! In fact, I was told that they first frisk them to make sure they don't have guns, then they open fire on them after discovering they aren't armed! If only these other guys had guns, they wouldn't be shot at to begin with! You never hear stories about rivals gangs shooting each other or disputes where both sides are shooting, because nobody ever shoots somebody who may have a gun!
