Brothers & Sistas of the nation, kool aid drinkers & haters alike: We have ourselves a football team! This 2015 bunch is unlike any I can remember in quite a while. Coach & staff
have put together some blue collar guys who keep their noses clean off the field & have bought in 110% on it.
They are humble yet confident, focused and yet able to have fun with each other.
They lift their brothers up when they fail & show complete happiness when all succeed.
The coaching staff is talented & has their units' attention throughout. We have a true Frosh QB that has a tremendous upside, is well spoken & is earning the trust of his teammates as well as the OC.
We have a senior punter/long snapper combo that might be the best in the land. Our defense is stout and gaining confidence with every game. We should win out, grab our 2nd consecutive CUSA Championship & have a chance to be ranked in the top 20 teams in the land by our 14th game.
Consider coming out this weekend to show your support and your green blooded love for this team. They give us a lot of joy,
angst, panic, giddiness, and unbridled enthusiasm for 4 seemingly incredibly short 4 months each year. Let's turn out and celebrate a BIG homecoming win vs the Mean Green on Saturday!!
