I mean, what incentive would they have to endorse Democrats?

Dems have done nothing positive for their profession, especially over the past 4 years, with their anti-police rhetoric. Dems have tried their best to portray cops as evil, racist, thugs, and calling for their budgets to be defunded. Dems have ultimately made their job far more dangerous than it already was.
