Trump back on Colorado ballot

The thwarters of freedom knew they were going to face a backlash.

These thwarters of freedom are taking us down dark caverns. The end result is not pretty.

Greeds pals
He is literally one of the biggest pawns I have ever heard of. The problem we have is most of the millenial generation and the one that followed are weak and will fall in law. Hell, they would probably hop in a cattle car. They want no personal responsiblity and they will become dependent. This country, at the current trajetory, will be a shell of what we all know in 20 years or so.

2 3 idiots.

The Colorado Supreme court, at the time it made it's initial ruling, stayed its decision until Jan. 4, or until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the case. If the US Supreme court fails to rule on the case, your orange jesus will be removed from the ballot.

The left going down deep dark caverns that this country does not need to go down. They have literally turned into lunatics and I am not sure they even understand the consequences of what they are doing or maybe they do. The are dictators and dangerous.

They are seriously dangerous.

You're a lying hypocrite idiot trumptard oath breaker.

No. You stupid lying punk. The only options for disqualification under the 14th amendment is having engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof
You are genuinely stupid. Do you realize the precedent being set? You didn't even read the tweet correctly.

Wishful thinking, dumbass. Are you going to vote for Trump, since he'll be on the ballot in every state?

Trump has never been charged with an insurrection, dumbass. All accusations. Put down your pipe dream. You're far too giddy for absolutely no reason. Trump will be on the ballot in every state.

You're a stupid lying trumptard oath breaker. The 14th amendment is in the Constitution for a reason. If disqualifying a candidate for rebellion, insurrection, and aid the enemy of the U.S. sets a precedent, then GOOD !!!

Still trying to figure out if they are male or female…not much into politics.

Except section 5 states congress pass laws to deal with consequences.

Section 3 needs no law added. It provides the consequence of having sworn an oath to the Constitution and then engaging in insurrection. It provides Congress the path to override that decision by a 2/3rds majority. Section 3 provides no other recourse.

Then there is no point for section 5. Yet it was still included

Trump would have to be charged by a grand jury for insurrection.
Trump would have to go to trial for insurrection.
Trump would have to be found guilty of insurrection.
Trump would have to be found guilty after an appeal of being found guilty of insurrection.
A federal district judge would have to sentence Trump for being guilty, after appeal, of insurrection.
It could possibly then go to the Supreme Court.

Then the Amendment and clause found in the Constitution could be administered.

An unelected Sec of State in Maine(other places) cannot remove a candidate just because they want to. She has no law degree by the way.

These things have to take place.

Democrats scream the Constitution was written by bad white men hundreds of years ago. Then, want to try to do these things.

They are not even following the Constitution, which many of them hate by the way.

There are a sequence of events that have to take place. A unilateral Sec of State or state court cannot bypass the sequence of events.

God bless, these people will do anything to stop Trump from running.

Yep and every single one of them are enforced by section 5. All except section3 without any clarification. It all makes sense now
Section Five “enables Congress, in case the State shall enact laws in conflict with the principles of the amendment, to correct that legislation by a formal congressional enactment.”

No state laws have been enacted in conflict with the principles of the amendment in this regard.

Not even ONE time have those things been done when someone was removed or disqualified from running for office. Not ONE time.

Is there anything your orange jesus could do that you wouldn't defend??

But the fact is, he didn't engage, no one said he did and no one is accusing him of it. He's wrongfully being accused of "inciting" one, blockhead.

The U.S. Supreme Court will put this to be soon enough, dumbass.

Damn why didn't I get the invite to the "rewrite the constitution" party where all that was added?

You're literally making shit up. Nothing you wrote is in the constitution.

You're a liar and an idiot.

District Judge Sarah B. Wallace found that Trump indeed had "engaged in insurrection"

Colorado Supreme court: "The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump
“engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions

Once again, you are a lying idiot.

If people are going to use the Amendment, they should do it correctly and legally. It is pretty clear as to how it works.

^^^You're an absolute idiot. You also happen to be a liar, trumptard, oath breaker, and drooling knuckle dragging cave dweller.
