Can't make this up. Flipped on CNN to see what bullshit they're spewing because entertainment. They're talking about Kanye having a mental disorder, obviously because he supports trump, and some crazy bitch indicated he's advising trump on issues. Lemon actually rolls his eyes and says no, that's not happening, which is surprising in and of itself. Crazy lady starts arguing with him that it does happen. Script across screen says something to the effect that "trump invites kanye to oval office to listen to his rant".

How many tons of makeup do male libs go through a week? Lemon has to be good for several pounds, itself.

Really no devil in this one. The music companies (if you mean labels) really aren't impacted by this. The people who are impacted, besides the creatives, were services like SiriusXM, SESAC, etc.

The Sirius exec commenting how good this law was is nothing more than covering their ass after they lost and trying to do damage control. For months, Sirius fought the bill with lobbyists. The Sirius CEO made public comments about it. His claim was that since terrestrial radio doesn't have to pay creatives for playing the music, then why should streaming/satellite radio? And I won't bore you with the difference between the two unless you want.

Sirius was entirely against the Act . . . until it was passed, then suddenly one of their execs talked about how good it was.

And this isn't any remarkable stand-on-the-table moment for cheeto. The thing passed in the House something like 415-0. It had 70+ co-sponsors in the Senate. There were only a few senators who were against it (a guy from Oregon is one who comes to mind). This has been going on since early Summer.
