I see where Aaron Dobson is taking another page out of the Randy Moss playbook by giving away 200 turkeys prior to Thanksgiving. Randy Haters never like to have this mentioned, but the Rand U. Grad did have a kind streak in him. Let's give the dog his due & thanks to Aaron, also. And, by the way, you have never caught the Great Jerry West being so generous to commoners with any of his amassed wealth.

LOL. I always found it funny how Randy would attend a summer charleston Charlie's baseball game, sign upwards of 800 autographs for young people wanting one and it would NEVER get mentioned in the press locally or nationally.
Yet if the EER loving state could keep him down and make him look bad in any way they would. I loved the 30 30 on him, he laughed last, which in the long run is laughing BEST.

Great response Green. You're so right about those cheerleading Charleston newspapers. Randy also took bus loads of local kids to NFL games in Ohio a few times. Probably a 1-line mention on page 12 of section C in The Gazette. And, Jerry West never bought a pair of shoe strings for a kis at East Bank HS, let alone sneakers for the whole team...too busy counting his millions
