I doubt it makes anyone think about it. Players that leave always feel like they're better than their role here and can do better elsewhere. Ty Tyler left because he felt he was being held back by being at Marshall. Any player that gets in that mindset isn't going to be influenced by the results of other player because it's the "man I ain't him and he ain't me". If players learned from the failings of other players than less players would get in trouble.

Louisville probably has to win a couple of its last 3 games, at NC State and Kentucky, and at home versus Syracuse, in order to be bowl eligible.

Louisville is 5-4, so they only need one more win.

And luckily for the Cardinals, NC State is on its third string QB due to injuries and Syracuse is a dumpster fire that hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse all season (Western Michigan, Holy Cross and Liberty)... Louisville should finish 7-5.

As for Tyler, it's too bad he left. We could use him up front.
