Tonight is John Prine with Tyler Childers on Austin city limits.They are headed to New Zealand to do some concerts together.. They sold out their 3 shows at the Louisville Palace in December. John Prine was nominated for a shot at the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME. Talked to Tim Childers Tyler's dad and he wants to do a free outdoor festival on his families land in Lawrence Co. If this happens I Hope a lot of you guys will come. Its like 8 miles north on 23 from Louisa to Meades Branch where his family lives. It could be on white house rd too.11 pm tonight is Austin city limits on PBS. Not sure how many songs Tyler will play by himself and how many with PrIne who is the headliner. He has played with Bob Dylan but him and John Prine have become close friends.
