was watching commentary earlier on the fact that Hillary has done "significantly better" in states with (a) high % of mail in votes, and (b) older voting machines....

i'm sure it's on the up and up though.... just like Benghazi, TPP emails, email server, Whitewater, Foggy Bottom, Sidney Blumenthal, Wall Street speeches, The Clinton Foundation, ....
